Warm and Cool Dinos by Grade 1
First graders have been learning all about warm and cool colors. For this project they learned how to draw dinosaurs using ovals and rectangles, and then used either warm or cool colors for the dinosaur and the opposite for the background.

Metal Tooling by Grade 5
Fifth graders discussed the purpose of masks in our society, and viewed and discussed masks from all over Africa. These are made by metal tooling, and are based on animal masks from Africa.
Texture Owls by Grade 1
First graders used a variety of tools to stamp texture into their clay owls. They finished their pieces by painting them with either warm or cool colors.
